The term "Application" refers to this application, website, content, communication, and services offered by Hautpas, Inc. The term "Company" refers to Hautpas, Inc. The term "Policy" refers to the privacy policy defined in this document. The term "User" refers to the person using this Application. By using the Application, the User agrees to the collection and use of information in accordance with the Policy. This policy may be revised by the Company at any time. When revised, the Company will update the "Last Updated" date of the Policy. The User's continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. 2. Information Collection Information collection includes the information provided by the User, their device, their use of the platform, and third party sources. This information includes data such as: User's name, gender, date of birth, email address, phone, screen name, pictures, pass code, sexual orientation, location, device identifiers, device information, Internet Protocol (IP) address, physical attributes, height, weight, personality attributes, career, education, user provided content in various place in the Application, User communication with other users of the application, User provided information about other users of the Application, User's activity in the Application. 3. Information Usage The information collected is used to improve, maintain, and securely operate the Application. This includes Company's communication with the User, User's usage and communication with other users, delivering advertisements and content, Application security, developing new feature and services. In addition, the information may be reviewed for User's safety, the safety of others, and to ensure compliance with the applicable laws and regulations. 4. Information Disclosure and Sharing Majority of the information provided by the User will be shared with other users of the Application, except for certain information such as email address, phone number, last name, date of birth, device identifiers, device information, IP address. This is required for the normal operation of the Application. Information may also be shared with the Company's service providers, analytics providers, and advertising providers. Information may be shared with legal authorities or third parties when required by applicable law, or to cooperate with investigations. The manner in which the Company discloses and shares User information is not considered by the Company to be a sale of information by the Company. 5. Information Review and Deletion The User may review the information made available to them via the user interface of the Application. The User may request their information for review by contacting the Company via email at support@hautpas.com. The User may delete their information by selecting the option to Deactivate Account in the Application. Information deletion may not include content that the User created that's shared with other users such as message, event descriptions, feedback, etc. The User's identifying information will be removed to allow for certain information to be accessible by other users. The User's identifying information is removed from the Application in roughly a day after the user deactivates their account. Information deletion may take up to 12 months after this submission of a deletion request unless there is an outstanding or potential issue, claim, dispute, or legal proceeding that requires this information. The Company does not make any guarantees to meet these deletion timelines as they're influenced by any bugs, failures, or outages in the deletion process. 6. Other Service Providers This Application relies on some other service providers such as Google, AdMob, Firebase, and Apple for features such as analytics, display of maps, capturing User's location, delivery of advertisements, push notifications. To improve the performance of AdMob, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect certain information from apps, including: IP address, which may be used to estimate the general location of a device. Non-user related crash logs, which may be used to diagnose problems and improve the SDK. Diagnostic information may also be used for advertising and analytics purposes. User-associated performance data such as app launch time, hang rate, or energy usage, which may be used to evaluate user behavior, understand the effectiveness of existing product features, and plan new features. Performance data may also be used for displaying ads, including sharing with other entities that display ads. A Device ID, such as the device's advertising identifier or other app- or developer-bounded device identifiers, which may be used for the purpose of third-party advertising and analytics. Advertising data, such as advertisements the user has seen, may be used to power analytics and advertising features. Other user product interactions like app launch taps, and interaction information, like video views, may be used to improve advertising performance. Please review the terms and privacy policies of these service providers before using this Application. The User's use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the terms and privacy policies of the service providers used by the Application. 7. Data Security The Company takes reasonable measures to protect the information the User provides through the Application. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and the Company cannot guarantee the absolute security of the User's information. 8. Children's Privacy The Application is intended for users over the age of 18. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18. If the Company learns that the Application has collected personal information from a child under 18, the Company will take steps to delete that information.
